We have standardised shipping zones for QLD, NSW, WA, SA,VIC & ACT. Shipping is automatically calculated if you fall in our standard shipping zones. Our return policy states that returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Goods must be in their original packaging and condition for eligibility for a refund. A 25% restocking fee applies for incorrectly placed orders or change of mind returns. No returns or exchanges accepted for custom goods or promotional packages. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days. A refund, minus the restocking fee, original shipping cost, and return shipping fee, will be processed upon satisfactory inspection of returned goods. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
