Shipping policy

Greetings! Fluire Bathware is your trusted delivery service, shipping right across Australia through Australia Post, FedEx, and private couriers. (Just a heads up — we’re not able to deliver to PO Boxes at this stage.)

Now, let’s talk shipping rates. They’re worked out at checkout based on the weight and size of your parcel or pallet, using live courier API rates, so you’ll always get the most accurate cost.

Once you’ve placed your order on the Fluire Bathware website, you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away. Our team then carefully prepares your items for dispatch, and delivery generally takes around 5–10 business days(possibly a few days longer if you are in a remote area or in Western Australia) with our trusted courier partners.

Fluire Bathware offers delivery direct to your door only — there’s no click and collect option at this stage. Before your items leave our warehouse, every product goes through a quality check for damage and missing parts. When your order arrives, please inspect it straight away and let us know within 24 hours if there are any issues. Photos or videos are required, as this is what our courier partners need to process claims.

After 24 hours, claims can’t be accepted, as courier insurance only applies within this timeframe. And just a quick reminder — if there’s a typo in your address, we unfortunately can’t be held responsible, so please double-check details before completing your order.
