    At Fluire Bathware, we want you to absolutely love what you purchase. Buying bathroom products online can feel like a big decision, so we do everything we can to remove the risk and support you every step of the way.

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

    We believe in our products and stand by their quality — if it’s not right for you, we’ll work with you to make it right.

    Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

    To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
    • Products must be returned in resaleable condition

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

    Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders

    For change of mind or incorrectly placed orders, a restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, handling, and reprocessing costs.

    • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for refunds back to the original payment method
    • For store credit returns, a reduced restocking fee of 10% applies, with 90% of the order value issued as store credit

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

    Custom & Special Order Items

    Because many of our products are made or prepared specifically for you, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

    • Custom vanities
    • Custom-cut stone tops
    • Custom-cut wastes and grate drains
    • Special order or promotional package items

    We recommend carefully checking measurements, specifications, and selections before placing your order. If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to help before you buy.

    Damaged or Faulty Goods

    We take packaging and freight seriously, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty:

    • Please inspect all goods within 24 hours of delivery
    • Notify us within 24 hours with photos or videos of the issue
    • Do not install the product before inspection

    Once confirmed, we’ll guide you through the next steps and arrange repair, replacement, or return in line with Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, return freight will be organised at our expense.

    Warranty Coverage

    All Fluire Bathware products come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years (conditions apply).

    To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team with:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos where applicable

    If your claim is approved, we’ll coordinate the return or collection of the item and guide you through the process as smoothly as possible.

    • Please do not return items without first contacting our Customer Service team
    • Returning goods without instructions may delay or void your claim
    • Our policies operate in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law
