All shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout and depend on the number of items, weights and delivery location to be able to calculate your shipping rate. We offer shipping services through Australia Post and occasionally through 3rd party courier services. Rates are based on the weight and size of your parcel, calculated at the time of purchase. After your order is confirmed, our dispatch team packs your items within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 4-7 business days for capital cities and 5-10 business days for regional areas. We only offer doorstep delivery and do not have click and collect options. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any issues, with supporting evidence. Claims made after this period are not accepted. We have standardised shipping zones for QLD, NSW, WA, SA,VIC & ACT. Shipping is automatically calculated if you fall in our standard shipping zones. Our return policy states that returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Goods must be in their original packaging and condition for eligibility for a refund. A 25% restocking fee applies for incorrectly placed orders or change of mind returns. No returns or exchanges accepted for custom goods or promotional packages. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days. A refund, minus the restocking fee, original shipping cost, and return shipping fee, will be processed upon satisfactory inspection of returned goods. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
